GLOBALLY TIMED EVENT

Because time should not be an issue

GLOBALLY TIMED EVENT

In a world where all is available at the touch of a screen and businesses can connect and communicate swiftly and cost-effectively, there is one thing even digital can’t help us with.

The issue of time.

Scheduling meetings and live events across different time zones can be a tricky matter. It takes planning, overview, and involvement of numerous stakeholders to be successful.

Here’s an example:

For oil field service company Baker Hughes, we managed a live relay to celebrate the merger of Baker Hughes and power and energy conglomerate GE. We created an online venue to collect snapshots from the merger around the globe. Employee pictures and motivational messages were added to the mix as reminders of reasons to celebrate.

We devoted a team of creatives and tech developers to 24-hour monitoring of social feeds and upload channels to make sure everything ran smoothly as planned.
